Introducing Taylored SSAS

Your Pension, in Your Hands

Empowering company directors with complete control, flexibility and clarity over their Small Self Administered Scheme.

To the Company Director:

You've spent years building something real.

The business pays the rent, the mortgage, the school fees. It pays you. And when you finally stop working, it's supposed to be what looks after you.

But here's what most directors don't realise until it's too late:

The pension you've built up over the years could be doing far more than sitting in a fund managed by someone you've never met.

It could be:

  • Buying the building your business operates from.

  • Lending money back to your company when you need it.

  • Earning rent that flows straight back to you, tax-free.

It's called a SSAS - a Small Self-Administered Scheme.

It's been around for decades. It's HMRC-registered.

It's how some of the most tax-efficient business owners in the UK have quietly been building real wealth for years. And most directors discover it twenty years too late.

I'm Kathryn.

I've spent thirty years setting up and running SSAS schemes for company directors. HMRC-registered Pension Scheme Administrator and Trustee. Direct line, not a call centre. No jargon. Just a proper conversation about what your pension could actually be doing for you and your family.

If you own a limited company, have any kind of pension history, and a business that's worth building - this is worth a thirty-minute conversation.’

What is a SSAS?

A Small Self Administered Scheme is an occupational pension designed for company directors and key individuals.

What is A Trustee?

A Trust is a legal arrangement for managing assets. The Trustee is responsible for safeguarding and administering those assets for the beneficiaries.

The origins of Trusts date back to medieval times, when knights transferred ownership of their land to trusted peers while away on campaigns.

In a SSAS, all members act as Trustees, ensuring transparency, involvement and control over the pension scheme.

SSAS Offers:

Exceptional tax efficiency, broad investment freedom, the ability to loan funds back to the sponsoring company, and the option to purchase commercial property.
